Paachaka Prathimik - Beginners Course
Cooking Course for Beginners . Suitable for participants who have no prior knowledge of Indian Vegetarian Cooking. Beginners course will be run twice in 2009. Hands on teaching format.
Pachaka Madhyamam - Intermediate Course
Intermediate Course. Suitable for participants who cook Indian Vegetarian at a basic level. Pre requisites required. Hands on teaching format.
Pachaka Rathna - Advanced Course
Suitable for participants who cook Indian food regularly. Demonstration teaching format. Details will be posted in 2009
Videsha Paachaka - Asian Vegetarian - New Course
Vegetarian cooking- influences from Chinese, Japanese , Korean, Malaysian, Indonesian and Thai Cuisine, and the use of local ingredients in an Austral-Asian Fusion Cuisine.
Hands on teaching format.
