A gourmet tour, of the regional cuisines of South Asia- India and Sri Lanka. A relaxed night of entertainment and knowledge where guests of Annalakshmi On the Swan Restaurant, can feast on a Buffet Dinner and watch a cooking demonstration of the meal served on the Buffet.

Dates

• The series Bojan Ultsav, will be held once a month. Reservation is essential, if guests want the best seats in the house to observe the Cooking Demonstration. Advertisement for these events, will be sent out a month prior to the occasion.
